Providing and fixing of ABS BOARD (Single) make ARIHANT/KOMPAN/LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES/GRAND SLAM ABS Board of size 1400x1366x650mm fabricated with main post of 114mm and 4.00mm thick made of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel of 80-100 micron thick. All joints of pipe are4 robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint are applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Sit up boards and Base plate cover to be made from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic of 8mm, colourful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. All open ends of pipe to be closed by LLPDE caps for user friendly. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolt and ones the concrete us set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with technical specifications. 1Providing and Installation of PULL UP STATION of make ARIHANT/KOMPAN/LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES/GRAND SLAM. Providing, designing and fixing of pull up station, The total frame is made with main post of 114mm dia And 4 mm thick G.I. Pipe as per IS-1239with help of connecting links. It is a combination of two exercises. Pull up section has handle made up of 25 NB G.I. pipes. PVC handgrips are provided at both ends of handle. Back section has hand rest of rectangular pipes. Small 25 NB G.I. pipes are provided for back rest. All pipes are uniformly powder coated up to minimum 60 micron thickness to avoid corrosion. All open ends of pipe been closed by GI / HDPE caps if required for user safety against entrapment. All complete as per the technical specifications to manufacture the item. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint are applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and base plate cover to be made from virgin LLPDE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic of 8mm colourful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be made maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
