Providing and fixing of HORSE RIDER/ PONY SPRING RIDER (PGKD 38) of make Kompan/ Leo/ Koochie/ Hugo/ Arihant Item Descriptions • Product Area : 1m x 0.5m (3.3ft X 1.6ft) • 1 Technical Specification:- •Pony :Pony is made up of rotational molding process. It has been provided with four bolts. Pony is bolted to the spring assembly. •Spring assembly :It consists of top plate, spring,footrest & square base plate suitably fixed to each other with U-Bolts. The Spring is made from En47/45 Spring Steel & the two plates are made from MS with GI plating for corrosion resistance. •Rotational Molded Products : The ROTO products are manufactured using material LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) with UV stabilization of Food Grade Non Hazardous Plastic compiled to ROHS. Technical Specification: •MGR frame : MGR Frame made from 40NB pipes welded together with bottom end over a circular plate meant for assembling bearing assembly. The top end of the pipe is welded with a ISF & a plate for mounting the ROTO/FRP Seats over it. The four 40NB pipe are hold together with four 25NB pipe to form a strong structure. The GI plated bowl is used to cover the top of the bearing assembly. •Seat frame :20NB GI pipe bend and joint to form a frame structure with flat plate to mount seat. The frame is bolted to the MGR frame outer end. The frame is provided with spacers for foot rest.
