HD Health Walker of size 1070x615x1509mm fabricated with main post of 114mm and 4.00mm thick pipes made of hot roller tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder welded coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120mm micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint are applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and base plate cover to be made from virgin LLPDE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic of 8mm colourful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be made maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
