Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Desilting/removal of obstructions, silt garbage, slush, Polythene bags and other un-hygienic deposits etc. from the Kailash Nagar drain to bring it to the designed section including disposal of excavated material outside of the drain within a lead of 50m. and all lifts including execution of work in or under water and liquid mud and under foul conditions, including the cost of care and diversion, dewatering of standing, flowing or seepage water/sludge/sewage entering into the drain from any sources whatsoever, including the cost of construction of x-bundies, @ 15m c/c with earth filled E.C. bags and subsequent removal the same, as required for satisfactory execution of work including keeping the drain free from floating material and hyacinth etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Disposal of excavated material, to Bakkarwala authorized dumping ground of MCD with all lead and lift by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, and rehandling etc. complete. (processing fee deposited/paid by the contractor to MCD on actual basis and the same shall be reimbursed to contractor by the Deptt separately and same is not included the rate in this item).
