Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing,admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considere @ 220 kg/cum) Note:- The cement considered In RMC- 10 is 220Kg/Cum. If any deviation In quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted RMC M-10 with cement content less than 200 KG/cum shall be rejected Excess cement used more than 220 kg/cum will not be paid)

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400kg of cement (43 grade, OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification including pumping of concrete, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibratos, leveling to required slop and camber contraction/ expansion construction of cross/longitudinal joint of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joint with approved joint filter and sealants, etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of joint filter & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items). (Note:- The cement considered in RMC-30 is 400Kg/Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted RMC M-30 with cement content less than 360 KG/cum shall be rejected).

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality L D- 2.5H D - 20 Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter

Raising of existing manhole up to 30 cm (Av) height by dismantling of C.C/RCC cover and frame including brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4 coarse sand) plastering inside walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand ) with a floating coat of neat cement punning 12mm thick including cost of quantities to be executed in or under foul position complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer--in-charge. Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm

Providing and fixing red sand stone slabs 40 mm thick over drains.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Hot rolled deformed bars

Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carriying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more."
