Providing and laying the RCC foundation suitable for erection of 16mtr high mast as per manufacturers recommendation including excavation, casting of foundation anchor plate, templates and foundation bolt manufacturer from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. R.C.C. work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement” 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with material, labour and reinforcement with size of footing 2.10x2.10x0.20m laid over 1:4:8(1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and foundation pedestal of size 0.90x0.90x2.00m or as per approved drawing complete as required.

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete bench of over all size 1500 mm x 450 mm x 1000 mm, the bench consist of 02 nos. L-shape base sport in cement, thickness 100 mm back height 1000 mm front height 450 mm base width 620 mm as per sketch and 05 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of sized 1500 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm and 01 nos. RCC planks of size 1500 mm x 200 mm x 50 mm by using M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process, bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof including transportation, erection all part are jointed to gather with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-incharge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately.
