Providing and laying non-pressure NP4 class (heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars / spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 1000 mm dia. R.C.C. pipes (laying by manual/mechanical means).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, all work upto plinth level with 1:1 ½ :3 (1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand (zoneIII): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (heavy duty) 560 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg (weight of cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg) : With Sewer bricks conforming to IS : 4885

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content 220 kg as per approved design mix ;and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge All works up to plinth level M-10 grade plain cement concrete.

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade By using minimum 400kg of cement(43 grade, OPC) per cum of concrete in roads / streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibratos, leveling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contraction / expansion, construction of cross / longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Removing of obstructions / garbage / floating material / slush and unhygienic material from the bed of drain in or under water and liquid mud , desilting of silt and other unhygienic deposit from the existing Nallah including disposal of excavated material within a manual lead of 50 mtr and lift . including working in or under water and under foul condition prevalent site of Aya Nagar for satisfactory work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidatin eachde posited layer by ramming and watering,leadup to50mandliftupto1.5m.

Disposal of excavated earth/malba/unheigenic material from the banks of Aya Nagar by mechanical means, loading, transporting, unloading & stacking within 30.00 Km lead to Tajpur Pahari or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
