(6) Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used. 750 mm dia piles

(7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(8) Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approvedesign mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durabilityas per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) All works upto plinth level

(9) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars

(10) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights (10 (i) ) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

(16) Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

(17) Supply of earth including royality, excavation, and carriage earth by mechanical transport upto all lead & lifts including loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth breaking clods, watering, dressing up embankments for road, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression

(18) Supplying and stacking at site. 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate

(19) Supplying and stacking at site. Stone screening 11.2 mm nominal size (Type B)

(20) Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.” Note : Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum)

(21) Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400kg of cement (43 grade, OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification including pumping of concrete, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibratos, leveling to required slop and camber contraction/ expansion construction of cross/longitudinal joint of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joint with approved joint filter and sealants, etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of joint filter & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items). (Note:- The cement considered in RMC-30 is 400Kg/Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed subject to approval of Job Mix formula by engineer-in-charge, a recovery of cement @ Rs. 10 per Kg. will be deducted RMC M-30 with cement content less than 360 KG/cum shall be rejected).
