Providing and laying Non-Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes ,450 mm dia, including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing (50 mm Dia) made of hollow tube, channels plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature and fitting the same with necessary accessary & stainless-steel dash fastener, stainless stell bolt etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the wall with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with two or more coat of oil bound washable distemper including the base coat of cement primer of approved brand and make to give an even shade

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing precast RCC Bench made with Five RCC planks of size 1500mm x 100mmx50mm, shall be cast using M-30 Grade grey cement mixed with 3% red pigment and each plank reinforced with 2nos.10mm dia. TMT bars along the length and 10 Nos. 4mm dia. mild steel bars along the width and having 12mm dia. galvanized bolts for fixing these planks on the legs. This item shall govern the provision of supply, erecting and installation of precast concrete reinforced benches with back rest, made by using vibro- compaction technique and with reinforcement as detailed above. Compressive strength shall be not less than 30 MPa at 28 days. TMT reinforcement of dia. 10mm shall be used as main reinforcement bar and 4mm dia. mild steel bars shall be used as stirrups & connections with 12mm dia. x 65mm long galvanized steel CSK (Countersunk) bolts for connecting seating plank with leg and half threaded carriage bolts & nuts with EVA for connecting back rest plank with leg., Paint: Red colour acrylic based paint should be used. RCC Base Supports: Two number of legs manufactured using M30 grade grey cement concrete of back height 1000mm, front height 400mm, bottom width 620mm with 100mm thickness. Each leg shall be reinforced with 4 nos. of 10mm dia. TMT bars complete as per IUAC engineer Direction

Electrical Work Supplying, erection & testing of 12-meter (12000mm) height swaged type steel tubular pole made out of heavy-duty mild steel tube, PU painted silver/grey colour, having suitable frame for mounting single 100-watt LED flood light fittings. The bottom portion (6000mm long) should be with 194 mm dia., 4.85 mm thick, middle portion (3000 mm long) should be of 170 mm dia. 4.5 mm thick and the top portion (3000mm long) with 140 mm dia., 4.5 mm thick pipe & should have arrangement to fix climbing ladder & brackets. The pole should have a suitable size pole box of Hensel make at the bottom comprising four-way 25 Amp. Connector terminal and a 6 Amp SPMCB, the base plate of pole should be 16 mm thick and minimum 450mmX450mm size duly welded with pole complete as required. Note: An additional arrangement for climbing up on pole with be made with MS welded ladder after 6 ft height as per direction of Engineer In charge on a later stage at site and required material items payment to be made in relevant items

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of LED based 100-watt Flood Light Fittings with high efficiency, optical reflector for proper light distribution at 120 Deg., having single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with built in heat sinks. The housing shall have two compartments, one for LED Trays & other for LED driver & mains cable entry.
