For BH-III Building (load assesment capacity of Slab/Floor is required) Conducting detailed visual survey of building (internally & Externally) by visual inspection to record observation of distressed part of building, level of deterioration, etc. and conducting following NDT's including required laboratory tests by following standard procedured/ specifications and instruction from client/ consultant/ expert on RCC Floor / slab of BH-III for the purpose of finding load bearing capacity of floor. Overall size Beam Hall-III is 15 meter x 30 meter x 6 meters. 1. Rebound Hammer test to assess the hardness of concrete and correlation with core compressive strength. Minimum Qty: 15 Nos. 2. Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) as per IS-13311 Part-I, measurements on the RCC elements. Minimum qty: 10 Nos. 3. Core cutting test for compressive strength:- Take out the sample of cylindrical concrete core and lab test. Minimum Qty: 3 Nos. 4. Ferro scanning / Rebar Scan: To locate the RCC element in wall and also check the steel bars & its details i.e. spacing, cover & its estimation of diameter. Minimum Qty: 20 Nos. 5. Carbonation: To check thecorrosion in concrete. Minimum qty: 3 Nos. 6. Half-cell Potential Test to confirm the corrosion possibility in RCC members. Minimum Qty: 10 Nos. 7. Preparation of NDT Test Report, STAAD Modeling etc and Remedial suggestions etc. Note:- The patch plastering/related repair work except for painting will have to be done by the bidder firm at their cost after conducting various tests, if any.
