Sub-Head 1 For Mathura Road:- Operation & General Maintenance of Electrical & Service equipment.Operation, Up keeping and General Maintenance of the Electrical & Service equipments, accessories complete as required and as per instructions given in Annexure- A - (i&ii) The work is inclusive of maintaining proper log book for individual system, sub-system and supply of essential spares upto cost of Rs 4000/- consumable and cleaning materials viz. cloths, cotton waste, soap, detergent, CTC, Petroleum jelly etc. Brief particulars of system are mentioned below 1. 1no. 11kV HT panel 2. 2 nos. 1500KVA (11kV/433V) transformers 3. 20 nos. LT panel for common services. 4. LT distribution boards on each floor and various labs. 5. Capacitor Banks 6. Corridor and open area lighting system   7. Campus & Parking lighting of the Institute 8. 14 Nos. 7.5 HP, 14 Nos. 5 HP, 2 Nos. 3 HP, 2 Nos. 2 HP, 1 No. 1 HP 9. 4 Nos. 1.5 HP water lifting pumps with starter/electrical control panels. 10. 1 Nos. 1.5 HP each submersible water pumps with starter /electrical control panel (Bore pumps). 11. 10 Nos., 3 HP sump pump 12. Power supply in all labs, offices, toilets, basement, rooftop etc. 13. Staircase and basement lighting.

SUB HEAD - II For Mall Road Capus :Operation & Maintenance Contract of entire electrical system of the building including 11 KV / 415 Volts Electrical Sub-Station, HT / LT Electrical Panels, Capacitor panel, Internal & external Electrification works as mentioned in ANNEXURE – I & II and as per the instruction of Engineer In-Charge. Brief description of Electrical Infrastructure installed at CSIR-IGIB Mall Road, Delhi a. 1 No. of 11 KV/415 V 1250 KVA transformer and its protection system. b. 1 No. of 11 KV/415 V 800 KVA transformer and its protection system. c. HT panel and OCB/VCB and its protection system viz. PT, relays, trip circuits etc. d. Two sets of LT Panel board having ACBs (800A-1600A)/ 415 V along with outgoing MCCB, metering arrangement etc. e. All control and power HT/LT cables connected with above HT/LT panels including all outgoing feeders up to receiving end. f. Distribution Boards including UPS distribution boards (230 V & 415V) and its equipment’s/fittings/ accessories etc. I/c the changes as may be taken place during the period of contract also. g. Campus & Parking lighting of the Institute. h. Power supply in all labs, offices, toilets, basement, rooftop, staircase etc. Maintenance including operation of 400 KVAR (125 KVAR + 275 KVAR) Capacitor Bank Panel Operation and keep the capacitor panel fully functional round the clock to achieve the required value of power factor as per the norms of BSES / BRPL/Tata Power.. The power factor of the system shall always maintain at 0.95 or above. The contractor shall arrange all the necessary spares (except capacitors) in case of any repair and replace the defective parts. CSIR shall not provide any extra claim for the same.

Sub-Head – III:- Preventive Maintenance of ACB and VCB of LT & HT Panel
