The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder should submit Form EXP-2(a) to provide information about the contract of similar size and nature. Substantial completion means where the employer has certified: Ongoing works where required value of the work as well as required quantity of key activity has been physically more than 80% completed. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should fill up Form FIN-2 to provide annual turnover data for the last 3 years and Form FIN-3 to provide information on current contract commitments or works in progress. The bidder's average annual construction turnover during the last three years should be at least 30% of the advertised value of the tender. Specifically, for similar work experience, the definition of "similar work" is: Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Multimedia Laser and Video Show on Water Screen with multi-colored video laser projection, DMX lights, Audio-Video and other special effects with floating panel setup along with its operation and maintenance for any period of time. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submission of a work experience certificate and relevant documents. Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered, but work experience certificates issued by Public listed companies having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years shall also be considered.
