The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the specified categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The bidder must have completed three similar works, with specific value and percentage requirements as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 80% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one infrastructure work with at least one pre-engineered and pre-fabricated structure of size not less than 500 sq.m. The work can be considered even if it is in progress, provided one pre-engineered and pre-fabricated structure of the required size has been completed, and the financial progress of the overall work has reached up to 80%. The bidder needs to fill up Form EXP-2(a) to provide details of their experience, which includes contract number and identification, award date and completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount in INR, percentage of total contract amount participated in, and description of the similarity. The bidder also needs to attach a copy of the certificate(s) issued by the employer in support of the information being furnished in each EXP-2(a) form. The bidder's experience in key activities, such as earthwork, pre-engineering structure, general civil work, civil structural work, MEP work, building finishing work, and road work, is also required. The specific values and percentages mentioned include total contract amount in INR and percentage of total contract amount participated in, which is required to be filled in the Form EXP-2(a). For "Historical Financial Performance", the bidder must submit audited balance sheets for the last five financial years, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) being positive for three financial years out of the last five financial years. For "Average Annual Construction Turnover", the bidder's Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last three years ending 31st March is considered. For "Bid Capacity", the bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, with a multiplier factor applied, which is 1.5 for bids up to Rs 30 Cr and 2 for bids above Rs 30 Cr.
