Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer – in – charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.

Bituminous portion

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Shifting the cubical panels having size 1700mmx1200mmx600mm after removal from the existing foundation in compact form along with disconnection of existing cables and repairing of damaged part, denting and painting with the existing colour after removal of rust and applying primer, making foundation 35 cm above ground level with cement concrete to another location, installation of cubical panel, connecting all the cables etc. complete as required.

Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning fully compartmentalized powder coated floor mounted cubical panel having size 1200mmx600mmx600mm deep, suitable for use on 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, CPRI approved, having 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof with ventilation louvers, sectionalised detachable gland plates, totally enclosed compartmentalised front operated cubical type with 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 250A capacity with 2 termination points for earthing strip, din bar, MV danger notice plate, suitable gaskets, protection, interconnections, cable alleys, panel board on suitable MS iron frame made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick and along to be embedded in cement concrete foundation 35cm above ground level along with 3 pole, 35KA, 250A TPMCCB with spreader link, digital multifunction meter (for measuring voltage and ampere) 3 nos. LED indicating lamp with toggle switch, ON/OFF indication, locking arrangement, earthing studs, painting etc. as required (Make: Neptune, Tricolite, ADLEC, Platinum Control etc.)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 100 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
