Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of cubical type LT panel suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system having front surface area 8.5 Sq.mtr (Approx.) i.e. 3400m width X 1100mm depth X 2100mm Height fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work, 1.6 mm for covers & Doors, 3mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 9 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having 4000Amp capacity extensible type TPN Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. Earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Aluminium Bus bars and control wiring with FRLSH interconnecting copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears:- (I) Incoming: a). 3200Amps - 01 no. b). 2000Amp. – 02 Nos. Four pole horizontal EDO type air circuit breaker of fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics=Icu up to 433V Auto/manually operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact with following accessories for each EDO type ACB without release complete as required. c) Independent manual & Electrical charge spring closing & tripping mechanism – 1No for each ACB. d) Digital multi-function with RS485 port, VAF meter with 3 nos. CT’s of ratio 3200/5 amp, 3 nos. CT’s of ratio 2000/5amp. Class I accuracy and 15VA burden, resin cast for metering. e) 3 nos. CT’s of ratio 3200/5 amp, 3 nos. CT’s of ratio 2000/5 amp. Class 5P-10 accuracy and 15VA burden, resin cast for protection. f) IDMT protective relay with over current, earth fault & high set and Rs -485 port: - 03 Nos. g) Indication LED lamps with 6 Amp C-Curve SP MCBs as required for following indications- 1. RYB phase indications. 2. Breaker ‘ON’ & “Off” indications 3. Trip indication 4. Trip Circuit Healthy indication. 5. Spring charging Healthy indication 6. DC source “ON” or Healthy required for Control circuit indication All the above mentioned indications required as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the breakers as required at site. h). ON /OFF TNP Switch: - 01 no. for each incoming ACB. i). Lockable trip push button kit (3 I/C & B/C) for Inter locking of two Incomer. j). Trip Supervision relay k). Under Voltage – 415V- AC l). Shunt Release – 24 V DC & Closing coil 24 V DC. m). Castle type lock - 01 no. for each ACB. (II) Bus Bars: TPN aluminum main bus bars of minimum of 4000Amps capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC bus bar cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. For withstanding fault level of 31 MVA for 1 second. (III) Interlocking: Electrical through advance contacts in ACB’s (incomers & outgoing) and mechanical (castle key) interlocking should be provided to ensure that only one supply is available at a time on each section of bus and to eliminate any possibility of accidentally approaching two supplies at one bus section. (IV) Outgoing: a) 2000Amp 4 pole, EDO type, 50KA (S/C Rating) ACB: - 03 nos. b) 800 Amps, 4 pole, 50KA with spreader terminal, Rotary handle, with shunt release, Microprocessor based MCCB: - 01 no. c) 400 Amps, 4 pole, 50KA with spreader terminal, Rotary handle, with shunt release, Microprocessor based MCCB: 01 no. d) Digital multi-function with RS45 port, VAF meter with 9 nos. CT’s of ratio 2000/5 amp, 3 nos. CT’s of ratio 800/5amp & 3 nos. of ratio 400/5amp. Class I accuracy and 15VA burden, resin cast for metering. (for outgoing ACB’s/MCCB’s) e) 9 nos. CT’s of ratio 2000/5 amp, class5P-10 accuracy and 15VA burden, resin cast for protection – 03 set. f) IDMT protective relay with high set and RS -485 port: - 03 Nos. g) Indication LED lamps with 6 Amp C-Curve SP MCBs as required for following indications- 1. RYB phase indications. 2. Breaker ‘ON’ & “Off” indications 3. Trip indication 4. Spring charging Healthy indication. All the above mentioned indications required as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the breakers as required at site. h). ON /OFF TNP Switch: - 01 no. for each outgoing ACB. i). Trip Supervision relay- for each ACB j). Under Voltage – 240415V- AC k). Shunt Release – 24 V DC & Closing Coil 24V DC l). Castle type lock - 01 no. for each ACB. m). Exhaust fan for ventilation – 04 nos. n). Control MCB 6Amp as requirement. (VI) Power Pack Unit: The power pack unit for 24V DC, 100AH supplies to feed control supply with battery back-up of min. 30 minutes suitable for operation of 08 nos. Breakers. It is used as a power source for control panel in substations where station battery supply is not available. Power Pack gets charged from mains. It can supply DC connected loads for operating close & trip coils and other essential loads such as auxiliary supply to protection relays etc. Complete as required at site. Drawing & Design of the LT Panel will be approved by Engineer-In charge before manufacturing the aforementioned LT Panel and it should be complete as required at site for the replacement of the existing LT Panel.
