The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be "Annual Repair Maintenance of a building including works of air conditioning, LT/HT panels and other civil and electrical works". The bidder should have completed: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less. * Or, two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less. * Or, one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. In case of projects having ECPT above Rs. 1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering ECPT as Rs. 1000 Cr. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client’s organisation. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
