Dehydration of insulating Transformer oil of 11 KV Transformers with Filteration Machine equipped with suitable capacity heating system including cost of transportation of Filteration Machine, checking dielectric strength of oil at site after dehydration complete as required.

Replacement of worn out Silica Gel with new Silica Gel for the breather of the Transformer complete as required.

Providing insulating Transformer Oil for topping up of Transformer complete as required. Make:- Power, APAR, Transol.

Supply and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 3C x 300 Sq.mm

Locating cable fault of under ground 11 KV, HT cables of sizes up to 630 Sq.mm with the help of Fault Locating Machine including pin pointing the location of cable fault complete as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making High Pot Test of 11 KV cable with the help of High Pot Machine by providing a surge voltage between 15 KV to 18 KV after making straight through joint (excluding straight through joint) including discharging the cable after test and connecting both ends of cable with VCBs terminals after successful completion of test complete as required as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

To carryingout thermography of the H.T. and L.T. Panels, Transformers, H.T. & L.T. Side. Cable termination & submitting the reports generated comprising of observations and thermography Images, comments and recommendation for necessary action for the following installation: (i) Main Sub- station .(ii) Library Sub-station. (iii) Auxiliary Substations-1 (iv) Auxiliary Substations-2.

Replacement including supply Installation, testing and commissioning of Numerical multifunction relay as below. Function overview:- Overcurrent-time protection,Ground-fault protection, Overload protection,Negative- sequence protection,cold load pickup, Auto-reclosure,Trip Circuit supervision. Control functions:- Commands for control of a circuite- breaker, Controlvia keyboard DIGSI4 or Scada system,Operation measured value. Hardware:-3current transformers,3binary inputs,3output relays,1 live status contact.Communication:- via personal computer and DIGSI 3or DIGSI 4, Via RS232-RS485 Converter, Via modem,IEC 60870-5-103 protocol,2kV-isolated,RS485 interface.Monitoring functions:- Fault event logging with time stamp(buffered),8 oscillographic fault records, continuos self-monitoring. Measuring fanctions:- Operational measures values I. Motor protection:-Starting time supervision, Locked rotor.Make:- Siemens. Model:-7SJ6005-ZEA00-0DA0/BB. The old numerical relay will be taken back by the bidder.

Replacement including supply, Installation, Connection, Testing and Commissioning of 6 KVA Single phase input and single phase output on line IGBT based UPS with inbuilt isolation transformer. Inbuilt charging current selector and static by-pass, built in over voltage cut off facility complete with Sealed maintenance free batery bank of 26 AH/12 volt of Exide/Quanta make batteries for 30 minutes backup battery housing, breaker, ventilation louvers, U/V shunt trip including loading,handling as per the specifications attached in Annexure-I. Make: Emersion (Model: Power Bank), Numeric (Model: ONFINITY FMI.) The old numerical relay will be taken back by the bidder.

Replacement including supply, Installation, Connection, Testing and Commissioning of 1 KVA ON LINE UPS. Single phase input and single phase output with inbuilt over laod cut off device, LCD display, static by pass, Alarm, over temperative protection, with output frequency of 50 Hz complete with Sealed maintenacne free batteries 26 AH/12V of Exide/Quanta make for 30 minutes backup complete for motor load. as required. as per the specifications attached in Annexure-I. Make:- Emerson/ GE / Microtek. The old numerical relay will be taken back by the bidder.

Supplying and installation of a suitable rack to house the 6.00 KVA UPS and the associated battery bank complete with interconnections with suitable size of copper conductor cable etc. as required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c equivalent design mix).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m. Including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m (A) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.a) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
