Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) plywood 5 ply with commercial ply on both faces 6 mm thick one side veneering.

Providing and fixing of LVT click N lock 5MM flooring as per ASTM F 386 with 0.50MM wear layer vinyl floorings with dimensions of 169MM and length of 1210MM size as per company standard should be approved by Engineer in charge. 5 mm LVT with additional underlay of 2mm acoustic sheet to be laid on hard, levelled, smooth and moisture free sub floor. LVT click N lock Vinyl flooring should have traffic classification 33 . Product locking system should be Valinge patended and approved and wooden or Aluminium profiles (step, corner, skirting) shall be put to protect edges and will be as extra as per site requirements. Click N Lock LVT should be floor score and T abrasion class approved. Flooring should have caster chair EN-985 tested with color fastness of more than 6. It should be ASTME662 qualified on Smoke density test. Should be fire rating of the product Bfl-S1 and Wear Group of T Class, waterproof, stainproof & termite proof and shall not contain stone dust as raw material as per approved shade and colour as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Melamine polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture .new work two or more coats

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick acoustic tiles on existing false ceiling as per approved sample and design including the cost of cutting and fixing with adhesive, screws etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.(Flase ceiling work shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood. 50x50 mm (base and height)

Providing and fixing of 3mm Aluminium or 8mm wood profiles for steps, corners, skirtings and doors for LVT flooring protection for making steps anti slipery and skid free with rubber covering wherever required. Thickness and profile pattern should be approved by engineer in charge.
