Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Thickness 1mm / 20Gauge sheet.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper 18 Gauge with quadrant, brass bushes complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with Acoustic lining of GI ducts with 15mm thick Armasound duct liner, adhesive etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Dismantling of Axial flow fan ducting & Air washer ducting by manual or mechanical means including removal from its location as required and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On G.I. Ducting work.

Credit Item Old dismantling of asorted sizes M.S. angle / GI ducting and taking away the same as credit item on buy back basis as required.as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Air Grills/ louvres with aluminium volume control dampers on air exhaust plenums as per specifications.Size of 1x1mtrs ( For Axial fans ducting ) 15 Nos. Grills with Aluminium VCD

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
