Roads, paths, covered path ways, water-supply system, sewerage system, Drainage system & Rain water Harvesting, Stainless Steel (316 L Grade) Entrance Gate with sentry posts etc. b. Landscaping of open land area, all horticulture works. c. C/o Utility services – fire overhead tank required for fire fighting system as per NBC 2016, and street light, BMS system, Boundary wall, as per scope of work, specifications and attached drawing. Note :- The existing Sub-Station, DG Set, under ground tank for Fire, Water supply and STP is having spare capacity hence not included in the scope of work only electrical connection for main & DG Set, water supply, STP connection with existing above said services are in the scope of this work.
