Providing and placing of Visitor Chair. Overall Size: 655mm (W) x 582mm (D) x 995mm (H) x 485mm (SH). Seat/Back Assembly: The cushioned seat assembly shall be consist of seat outer (material-30% glass fiber nylon) and upholstered seat inner (material-polypropylene) with moulded polyurethane foam and polyster fabric. The net back shall be made up of back outer (material-glass fiber filled nylon) and back inner(material-PP) and upholstered using polyester mesh fabric with high tenacity yarn. Size of back shall be (W)-46.5cm, (H)-60.0cm & size of seat shall be (W)-51.0cm x (D)-49.0cm. Back Spine-The support spine shall be made up of high pressure die cast polished aluminium. Armrests- Armrests shall have two adjustment, Height(6+/-0.5cm) and depth(6+/-0.5cm). Height adjustment shall be provided in aluminium structure of armrest which shall be connected to aluminium back spine and shall be operated with button. The depth adjustment shall be provided in pad which shall be fixed to armrest structure. Armtop shall be made up of PU molded over plastic inner. The lumbar support assembly shall consist of lumber spine(material-glass fiber filled nylon) which shall be fixed to Aluminium back spine. The Lumbar pad (material- Polypropylene) shall be fixed to lumbar spine through lumbar pad supprt. Lumbar support assembly shall have height adjustment of 5.0 ± 0.5 cm. Tubular Frame: The powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns) tubular frame shall be cantilever type and made of Ø 2.54 ± 0.03 cm x 0.2 ± 0.016 cm thick MS ERW tube. T The material should be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Placing in position officer table . The top shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated board . All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band all around . Side panels shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated paticle board . All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band on the user side and 0.8 mm on the top and bottom side .The side panels have 2 glide screws each for levelling of the desk. Modesty panel shall be made from 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board . All the edges are sealed with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge band all around. Freestanding Pedestal shall be made from 18 mm pre- laminated particle board with a combination of 2 mm and 0.8 mm PVC edge band on all the exposed surfaces as per requirement . The drawers are provided with suitable slides for smooth operation . All the pedestal drawers are centrally locked with a single key etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and placing of Wooden Stool. Overall Size: 486mm (W) x 380mm (D). Construction: The frame structure shall be made up of Solid wood. 4 nos. of legs shall be connected to the frame. Seat: 12 mm thick ply shall be used for seat which shall be duly covered with high density PU foam upholstered with leather fabric. The material should be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). 12mm thick commercial ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type

Providing and fixing factory made laminate panel of size 125x200x12 mm thick with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing and placing of 3 Seater Sofa. Overall Size: 1750mm(L) x 860mm(D) x 830mm(H) x 430mm(SH). The sofa shall be made up of pinewood frame material covered with PU foam upholstered with Synthetic leather. Soft Foam With Recron Filler: Made from soft foam, which shall increase the level of comfort. The recron filling inside shall add comfort and support while seating. Generous Lumbar Support: It shall offer generous lumbar support, which engulfs the user's entire back area with optimum support. Elevated From The Ground: The ground elevation of the sofa shall facilitate easy cleaning underneath the sofa. The material should be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
