SITC for 125 kVA, DG Set

SITC for 125 kVA, 415 VAC, 50 Hz, atv 1500 RPM, Power Factor 0.85 lagging, Silent type DG set with following Specification:- 1. ENGINE:- Diesel engine 4 stroke Liquid cooled continuous rated engine of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator typical site conditions and conforming to BS 5514,BS 649, IS 10000 or latest, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories like electronic governor. 2. Alternator:- Synchronous alternator with IP 23 protection with class ‘H’ insulation should be brushless and single bearing type alternator capable of delivering a minimum 125KVA (Corresponding to typical site condition ). The alternator shall be having Screen protected Drip Proof enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions alongwith suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor interconnection cable in suitable pipe between alternator and AMF control panel. Alternator Efficiency (at 100 % load) should be more than 92.4%. Time permitted to build up rated voltage at Rated RPM - 6 sec

3. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Weather proof prefabricated factory built, free standing, floor mounting type acoustic encloser of moduler construction suitable for accommodating the 125 KVA Engine Alternator set with standard control/ instrument panel, fuel tank etc with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. The enclosure should be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) (average) all round in green field, as per approved CPCB norms. Suitable anti-vibration mounting pads should be provided. 4. Control panel:- Automatic mains failure control panel with IP-53 including auto by-pass panel, suitable for 125 kVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit resticted, earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all completed and inter locking. 5. Testing:- Including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil,fuel oil ,providing artificial resistive load with cabling ,switching arrangements etc. for pre Acceptance Testing ( i.e, 10 hours full load, 1 hour 10% overload and 1 hour at no load) and final Acceptance Testing of DG set (i.e.running of DG set on full load for 6 hours and running on 10% overload for 1 hour) including topping up of lube oil up to full mark and filling of extra fuel up to a level suitable for 2 hours full load working etc. as per specifications as required.
