5. Testing:- Including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil,fuel oil ,providing artificial resistive load with cabling ,switching arrangements etc. for pre Acceptance Testing ( i.e, 10 hours full load, 1 hour 10% overload and 1 hour at no load) and final Acceptance Testing of DG set (i.e.running of DG set on full load for 6 hours and running on 10% overload for 1 hour) including topping up of lube oil up to full mark and filling of extra fuel up to a level suitable for 2 hours full load working etc. as per specifications as required. 6.Exhaust System:- Exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. Welded black MS, B class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to reuired lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rackwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh & aluminum cladding etc also 2 coats of Heat resistance paint suitable to exhaust temperature etc as required as per CPWD specifications. The exhaust pipe shall be clamped and adequately supported on independent structure including civil works for preparing the suitable foundation, necessary excavation and refilling and making the site good. The height of the stack shall be as per the latest norms with auto control aviation lamp, Lighting Arrestor and Earth pit etc. all complete.

7. Battery :- Starting batteries (12/24 VDC) of low maintenance type suitable for cranking duty and capacity suitable for to give 10 nos. successive starting impulse to the engine with leads and terminals, including battery charging dynamo. 8. Fuel tank :- Fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class'C' pipes of suitable dia completed with values, level indications & accessories as required. 9. Warranty :- 24 months from date of handover for operation to FCI. Note :- a) Inclusive of Loading and Unloading at Site, Transportation till Site, any kind of modification required at site for installation of DG set. b) The DG set should be of reputed brand and must be approved by Engineer-in-charge and installed as per CPWD specification.

Supply of 3.5C x 95 sq.mm stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape/Extruded Innersheathed for Multicore Cables , Armour (galvanised steel strip), extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 with upto date amendments for following sizes ( with batch tested and certified by NABL accredited lab as in case required by Engineer-in-charge). (Refer Clause 10 A for testing and quality of material)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C x 95 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC for 20 KVA DG Set at FSD CTO Pusa

SITC for 20 kVA, 415 VAC, 50 Hz, atv 1500 RPM, Power Factor 0.85 lagging, Silent type DG set with following Specification:- 1. ENGINE- Diesel engine, Liquid cooled continuous rated engine of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator typical site conditions and conforming to BS 5514,BS 649, IS 10000 or latest, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories like electronic governor. 2. Alternator: Synchronous alternator with IP 23 protection with class ‘H’ insulation should be brushless and single bearing type alternator capable of delivering a minimum 20 KVA (Corresponding to typical site condition ). The alternator shall be having Screen protected Drip Proof enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions alongwith suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor interconnection cable in suitable pipe between alternator and AMF control panel. Alternator Efficiency (at 100 % load) should be more than 92.4%. Time permitted to build up rated voltage at Rated RPM - 6 sec

3. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE- Weather proof prefabricated factory built, free standing, floor mounting type acoustic encloser of moduler construction suitable for accommodating the 25 KVA Engine Alternator set with standard control/ instrument panel, fuel tank etc with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. The enclosure should be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) (average) all round in green field, as per approved CPCB norms. Suitable anti-vibration mounting pads should be provided. 4. Control panel: Automatic mains failure control panel with IP-53 including auto by-pass panel, suitable for 25 kVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit resticted, earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all completed and inter locking. Panel Enclosure should be made up of 2mm CRCA sheet, 3mm removable Gland should be provided.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
