STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS Structural steel work at all levels using Angles, channels, chequered plates, pipes etc. of suitable sizes including anchor fasteners wherever necessary including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting and fixing in position including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, hoisting and installing at required elevation moulded HDPE cylindrical vertical water storage tanks of approved make of 5000 lit capacity with WHITE SILICON coated and with suitable S. M. C cover at top including the cost of labour for making hole in the storage tank for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow, providing and fixing necessary G.I nipples ranging from 15 mm to 50 nn n.b of average150 mm length with double check nuts, washers etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

HOSE CABINET & HOSE PIPE: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Wall mounted, minimum 1.6 mm thick M.S sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mm and 02 nos. of hose pipes and SS-304 branch pipe with SS nozzle. The box shall have front glass door lock with angle M.S frame and it shall also be provided with key pocket. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with 4 Nos. of Hilti make Anchor Fastner on the wall and as directed by Department's Representative. The box shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside. The scope also includes supplying stainless steel branch pipe of 63 mm diameter fitted with detachable hexagonal nozzle of 19 mm diameter conforming to IS : 903 or universal pattern as per IS : 2871. The hose pipe shall be Unlined Flax Canvas conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm, each box shall house 2 hose pipes, all complete in all respect and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

G.I. PIPES: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy Duty, "C" Class GI pipes of following sizes confirming to IS-1239 (PART-I) along with all necessary fittings, flanges, jointing (screwed / welded / flanged etc.), Tees, bends and required supports with two coats of paint as per color code of the piping systems over two coats of red oxide primer, including all hardware, complete in all respects as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Scope of work include presure testing of intire existing fire fighting system as per IS, arresting leakages if any including replacement of damaged pipe, excavation of all type of soil if required, etc

PRESSURE GAUGES: Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks , all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

AIR RELEASE VALVES: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of PN - 1.6 rated air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating ball valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PRESSURE SWITCH: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pressure Switches on terrace aircushion tank, for starting and stopping sprinkler and hydrant submersible pumps as per set pressure values of water pressure in the pipeline. The Pressure Switches and their installation shall conform to relevant IS Standards and all shall be complete and as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note:- Set Pressure Values shall be as given below; Pump Starting Set Pressure For Submersible Hydrant Pump = 3 Kg/CM2 Pump Stopping Set Pressure For Submersible Hydrant Pump = 7 Kg/CM2 Pump Starting Set Pressure For Submersible Sprinkler Pump = 3 Kg/CM2 Pump Stopping Set Pressure For Submersible Sprinkler Pump = 7 Kg/CM2

AIR CUSHION TANK Design, Supply, installation & commissioning of air cushion tank (material IS 2062/2002) with air release valve of 25NB, drain valve of 25NB, gate valve of 32NB, provision for pressure switches, pressure gauges etc. including making inlet and outlet connection with 32 mm ‘C’ class GI/CS pipe of required length from discharge header to air cushion tank, fixing properly and securing the same to the base etc. complete in all respect having painting including two coats of approved paint over a coat of primer. The tank shall be fabricated of 8 mm thick M.S. sheet, shall be of cylindrical shape with 300 mm dia. and 1.5 m height. The tank shall be installed on suitable vertical legs. The legs shall be provided with M.S. plate/angle of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 5 mm at the bottom. The legs shall be grouted in cement concrete foundation. Flange connection shall be provided for connection with discharge header. The fabrication drawings of the tank shall be submitted to EIC and got approved by the department before fabrication.

ALARM VALVE: Supplying, installation and fixing in position, testing and commissioning of 80 mm dia fire sprinkler alarm valve HD / TYCO make with inlet and outlet connections, pressure gauges etc complete as per drawings, technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.

FIRE RATED DOOR (Size 1000mm X 2100mm): Fire Resistant Door (FRD) assembly having 60 minutes (1 hr) Fire rating, Single Leaf, Non-Metallic and conforming to IS 3614:2021 (Size 1000mm X 2100mm) Providing and fixing factory made Fire rated door assembly of wooden door frame with non mettallic single leaf door shutter with accessories, the entire door assembly including shutter, frame and fittings shall be confirming to 60 minutes (1 hr) fire rating as per IS 3614. Frame:- The door frame shall be wooden with grooved profile of minimum size 110 × 65 mm with inbuilt sealing system to take appropriate fire rated smoke seal. Frame shall be suitable for hardware and flush fixing. Fire rated EPDM smoke seal, confirming to IS 3614 : 2021 shall be fixed within the inbuilt groove or stuck with adhesive on the entire perimeter of the frame. Door frames shall be fixed to all round the opening with minimum 8 mm dia CSK headed fastner of minimum 80 mm long with 8mm dia Polyamide sleeves @ 3 Nos at each side. Finishing: Frame to be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade all complete as per manufacturer’s Specification and direction of the engineer in charge. Door Shutter: The factory made fire resistant non metallic wooden solid minimum 45 mm thick single leaf shutter of size (1000 X 2100 mm), both sides teak wood colour laminate, asbestos free with P&F vision panel of size 100 mm X 450 mm with fire rated glass & accessories. Accessories Hardware: Fire doorset shall include all accessories like, Fire rated SS 304 grade ball bearing type hinges of minimum size 100 mm ×75 mm × 3 mm one (3 numbers per leaf upto 2100 mm height or as per test evidence), one number fire rated SS mortise lock with handle, fire rated door closer, SS handle of minimum 200 mm size with back plate. Installation: Post installation hollow space within door frame shall be filled with fire rated self-extinguishing type polyurethane foam. Rate shall include for supply and installation of complete door assembly, by the manufacturer. (All mechanical and functional hardware like hinges, lever handles, door closers with 60 minutes fire rating are to be used on doors and must conform to relevant IS 3614 : 2021. all as per manufacturer's specification and providing Fire Resistant certification (manufacturing & installation) as required by local fire statutory authority shall be furnished by manufacturer of Door assembly (Frame, Shutter, fitting) and all cutting/ planning if necessary, labour for fixing the fittings and fixtures with suitable packing if necessary including providing and fixing 60 minutes (1 hr) fire rated approved shade lamination on both side of shutter (preferably teak wood colour) etc. all complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Wall Mounted CO Detector and Transmitter: Supply, Installation (including Integration With existing FA Alarm System), Testing and Commissioning of Wall Mounted CO Detector as per Relevant Indian Standard and as per requirement of Fire Authorities of Local Fire Services and as instructed by Engineer in Charge. The scope of this item also includes the integration of the existing CO Detector with the FA System. Provision of all necessary instrumentation, cabling, mounting arrangement etc. required for putting the system in operation is included in this item.

Excavation of all type of soil as required filling, dewatering if necessary, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 3000 M etc. stacking of rocks at selected places as per instructions of E.I.C.

Complete overhauling of existing fire 2 nos 30HP, 1500 rpm, 1000LPM, 60M WC head, 3-Ø, 415V, submersible motor-pump set. This includes removing the pumps from the tank, cleaning them, reinstalling in the tanks with all necessary supports and piping etc. and then providing all necessary instrumentation and cabling like contactors, relays etc. in the pump panel which are required for putting the pump operation in Auto mode when they receive signal from the Pressure Switches, all as per requirement of putting the system in operation under Auto Mode and as instructed by Department's Representative. Payment for SITC of Pressure Switch shall be made under separate item.
