Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channelwith connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size

Size of Tile 1200 x 1200 mm

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc

Sal wood

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

1.5 mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:

35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :.

2nd class teak wood

50x12 mm

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below:

The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/ 120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos.

Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs

On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer,layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big oles/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs.

On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth,which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, all complete to achieve even shade and colour

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :

1 Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 20 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture

New work (two or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:

With Chlorpyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Applying priming coat:

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board IS: 12406 marked,12 mm thick MDF board, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing Blinds (Sheer dimout series ) of vista or equivalent make in approved colour and design etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and installation ,testing & commissioning of recess mounting type prewired flat panel 2'X2' size panel LED fitting of 32-36 W with CRCA housing and having 100 lumens per watt (min.),CCT 5700-6500K cool day light,power factor not less than 0.90, CRI 70% in the existing ceiling by providing suitable arrangement (where as reqd.) for directly on ceiling (i/c dismantling old fitting where as reqd) and making connection with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing complete in all respect etc. as reqd.

Supplying and installation,testing & commissioning of following size round shaped LED down lighter surface mounted luminaire complete with all accessories directly on ceiling including connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing as required.
