The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The specific requirements are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 1 year of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, and at least 1 year of experience in similar services. The value of experience is not quantified in terms of amount. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of 2000 Lakh for 3 years, although Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from this requirement. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost.
