The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having been in existence for the last 7 years, with specific experience in providing similar services to Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder should have completed similar services with the following costs: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Given the estimated bid value is 2000 Lakh, the costs for similar services would be: - 40% of 2000 Lakh for three services, which is 800 Lakh each, - 50% of 2000 Lakh for two services, which is 1000 Lakh each, - 80% of 2000 Lakh for one service, which is 1600 Lakh. Additionally, specific experience requirements are mentioned for different resources, including: - A Legal Expert with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. - A BPR and Investment Facilitation Expert with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. - Assistant Managers with a minimum of 4 years of work experience, with 2 resources required. The Consulting Agency/Bidder firm should have been in existence for the last 3 years. The Project Manager should have a minimum work experience of 15 years and must have led large scale national programs for Central Government. The cumulative turnover from consulting services should be Rs. 60 Crore and above during the last three financial years combined.
