Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Neat cement punning

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying dry brick aggregate 40mm nominal size foundation and plinth including spreading and ramming in layers as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Supply of earth and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth breaking clods watering rolling each layer with half tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing of in embankments for roads, flood banks, guide banks or filling of ground depression with all lead, lift etc. complete

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Note : 1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. All works upto plinth level: M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Providing and fixing non A.C. multipurpose fiber cement board strips in joints of cement concrete pavements. 50mm+- 5mm wide and 6mm thick having normal length not less than 90cm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Carriage of material by mechanical Transport including loading unloading and stacking(a) Lime moorum building rubbish earth manure or sludge and excavated rocks. i) Lime moorum building rubbish lead for 5.00km.

Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) complete : Red sand stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Desilting if Nallah/ drain in running flow and under foul condition for depth not exceed 1.5mm including removal of stone bricks, bricksbats, garbage,silt, mud,polythene sewage if any etc and diversion of flow of sludge if requied and removing the same away from cluster at the place as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stoneaggregate 400mm nominal) manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering . All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Including manufacture sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25%

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Add for cost index @ 31.27 % as per order by GNCTD. Except item no.18 and 19 as per attached BOQ in DNIT.

Deduct 9.50% as per GNCTD
