Supplying & fixing of landshape gate light fitting decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light with IP65 protection and resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free and better informity etc as reqd. at site ( CATno LPTO-40-CDL/ THILUX/ Thorn)

Supplying and fixing of following type street lights fitting luminaire with efficiency 00 lumen/ watt, pressure dia cast aluminium and heat resistance toughened flat glass complete with accessories having IP 65 protection with against dust and water & replacement driver with 4 KV surge protection i/c making connections etc. as required (Make Philips) 70 watts (Model No. BRP409 LED 072 CW)

Supplying and fixing of street light pole box of size 8"x6" complete with all accessories i/c suitable clamps brass screws, washers and 1 No. SP MCB of 10 amps capacity , 4 way DMC stud cap terminal block i/c making connections etc. as required .

Supplying , fixing and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor, armoured power cable confirming to 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering, refilling the same etc. as required. 4x16 sq.mm

S/F 3x2.5 sqmm PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible wire i/c connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40 mm HDPE pipe i/c excavaiton of CC road and making good the same etc. as required (Rex, Finolex and Jindal)

Supply, Testing and commissioning of HOT dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 5 mtr height made out of 3mm thick sheet PCD 200 mm, having bottom 130mm A/F & top 70mm A/F with built in connector box of size 500 mm length, M.S. base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x12mm thick, Double overhang GI bracket made of 3.60 mm thick M.S. pipe with 500 mm long top galvanized MS tube of suitable dia to accommodate the fitting on existing RCC foundation i/c S/F of 4 Nos. M-16 x 450mm long J Type (EN-8 grade) G.I. foundation bolts & nuts with 2 Nos. and 2 Nos. washer along with suitable size templates, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with timble/lugs in the connection box, earthing, making numbering of pole etc complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories mounted on inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 Nos mounting strips with tapped holes (a) 6mm thick phjenolic laminated sheet/ bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door ( b) S/F of Teriminal block suitable for 16 sq. mm conductor 4 Nos. & shorting links - 5 Nos. on DIN Chneels (c) Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI Wire/ 1.5 sq. mm wire (d) 6Amp SPMCB 10 KA 'C' Series - 1 No. i/c mounting on DIN Channel (Make : Bajaj/ Paruthi/Surya)

Servicing / cleaning the panel/feeder pillar with air blower i/c rubbing the corrossion, painting the panel with two or more coat i/c dressing the cables etc. complete as reqd.

S/F of 16 sq.mm aluminium lugs i/c crimping connection testiing etc. as required.

Dismantling the existing rusted MS pole/ concreate pole , fitting/ accessories and depositing the same at Engineering store
