15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of surry of cement@ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with: Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as pe standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 14.5.1 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
