The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively - 25%: The percentage of total quantity that can be increased or decreased by the purchaser at the time of placement of contract - 3 years: The period for which the bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made - Declaration relating to percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor (if the OEM is a company) or a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant (for OEMs other than companies) - Udyam Registration and validation through Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) - Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorized Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, an Authorization Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details is required - OEM Certification: In case of imported products, the OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after-sales service support in India, and a certificate to this effect should be submitted - Data Sheet: The bidder should upload the Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, which can be matched and verified by the buyer with the product specifications offered - Escalation Matrix: The bidder/OEM should provide an Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support - Dedicated/toll-free Telephone No.: The bidder/OEM should have a Dedicated/toll-free Telephone No. for Service Support - Compliance with various Indian Standards (IS) such as IS 8034, IS 12615, IS 9815, and IS 1709:1984 - Registration with the Competent Authority for bidders from countries that share a land border with India
