x) Any equipment as may be required for Bacterial treatment, Disinfection of the treated effluent.

xiii) Treated Water characteristics at output of STP based on any Proven Technology shall be as per CPHEEO Norms (Annexure-I).

xiv). All civil works to be carried out after getting the architectural design approved by Engineer- in- Charge. However, structural design Screen chamber, Sewage collection tank, Biological treatment tank, tertiary treatment tank structure, Treated Effluent Tank, any other civil structure will be got approved by the contractor at his own cost and expenses from any of the following: (The expenditure for vetting will be reimbursed later)

In case the design submitted by the contractor is not found suitable, the Principal/Engineer -in -Charge shall have absolute authority to direct the contractor to revise the design and submit accordingly for obtaining approval of Engineer-in-charge.

(xvi) SITC of STP shall be completed within a period of 07 months. Subsequently, trial run shall be done for a period for 3 months, till the desired treated water results are consistent at the cost of contractor. However, period may be extended, if the plant does not perform to the design parameters.
