15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(With cement mortar 1:4 1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm PTMT pillar cock, 32 mm PTMT waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm PTMT pillar cock.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :( Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions : 45 cm length 15 mm nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 25 to 40mm nominal bore

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, ailings, brackets, gates and similar works

Cleaning of floor tiles/ wall tiles by washing powder & repair joints with white cement in colour pigment for matching etc complete.

Repair of hood in labouratory i/c taking out and refixing the same fter completing the required repair and welding with all required materials etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Uprooting stay unwanted vegetation/ peepal tree etc from wall and terrace upto floor level i/c repair of damaged wall & plaster and making good the same as per existing finishing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick poly carbonate sheet of approved quality and required shade with necessary aluminium section ,EPDM gasket, Weather Sealent at joints to make the joints leak proof i/c nails,screw etc.complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in charge.

P/L30mm thick micro concrete of approved brand and manufacture for strenghening the damaged RCC Structure i.e the cost of rust remover ,bonding agent and centering and shuttering all complete.

Rectifying for seepage leakage problems i/c cutting and making good the same leak proof the seepage point complete in all respect.
