Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet/ Polycarbonic sheet

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :- Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062,Grade yst-350 MPA,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, Minimum Yst 240 Mpa (from in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings including foundation, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile Fabric profile including all arch beams, curved lateral beams and bracings vertical support columns, nodal joints, The complete structure to be one coat of epoxy zink primer and two coats Polyurethane RAL 9010 on the steel work at all location prepared by surface preparation shot blast clean to Sa 2.5 as per ISO 850 1.1/BS/7079:A1 with range 50-75 & required minimum 310 Micron DFT for each coat as specified in the particular specification. Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile including fabric designing and seaming as per conceptual drawing. The fabric structure should be MAHLER/Sattler/Equivalent Grade confirming Maximum tensile strength warp/weft 6000/5500. This work shall include all raw material, steel structure frame work, pattering forming cutting, welding fixing and installation with GI cable ,flashing hot dipped galvanized corner plate, bed/ guzzet plate, holding down bolts and hardware with EN8 grade 8.8 HDG etc. including lift all height , tool and plant, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operation ( note : plan area to measure for payment purpose and footing to be paid separetly).
