Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. a. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a. Hard drawn steel wire fabric

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

providing steel almirah of size 1280x 760x 430mm (hxwxd) having 3 adjustable shelves making 4 compartments without locker fabrication: Almirah's side back top, bottom & shelves are made from mild steel of 22 guage. The shelves shall have lipped flange 25mm width 15mm in depth. the shelves are fitted to rack strips made of mild steel sheets of 20guage thick with the help of 4 brackets of 16 guage that for support and adjustment and are having load bearing capacity of 50 kg uniformity divided load per shelf. The doors are made of mild steel of 20 guage and are having metal stiffner suitably spot welded to stiffen the door and fitted with help of but type hinges made of mild steel sheet of 18 guage thickness double folded for free & smooth movement of doors. Providing, Placing & Fixing visitor chair of three seater stainless steel chair with Arm rest for each seat with perforated metal sheet in seat and back. The cross beam at the base shall be made out of rectangular M.S. ERW tube having 80x40x2mm size with finish of powder coting of thickness not less than 40-50 microns. The legs & the armrest shall be fabricated out of chrome plated cold rolled stell with thickness of 1.2mm. Armrest & leg should be assembled to the cross beam with 2 nos. M10x100mm bolts. Seat & back shall be fabricated out of 1.6mm thick cold rolled M.S. sheet with finish of powder coating of thickness not less than 40-50 microns. The perforation should be of suitable size for proper ventilation. The side bar shall be chorme plated solid steel 30x12mm with fluting & plastic insects.
