Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : a)25 mm thick

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,Fabricating,Painting,transporting,Erecting and securing in position structural steel works for framed stucture etc complete as per specifications and approved drawings and direction of Enginner in Charge. This item includes all structural steel work in the built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. cost to include all materials including wastage, all consumables,fasteners/nuts and bolts of all types including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, staging, scaffolding,including welding and bolted with special shaped washers and pre-painted with polyester paint etc. complete for all heights as per specificatons, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,fabrication,assembling and erection of Tensile conical fabric shading over existing steel structure. The Tensile fabric having thickness 0.78 mm with PVDF coating on both sides, High tenacity polyester yarns 1100 Dtex, minium weight should be 1050g/sqm (EN ISO 2286-2), minimum Tensile strength should be 4200N/5cm in warp and 4000N5cm in weft directions (EN ISO 1421), minimum Tear strength should be 550N in warp and 500N in weft (DIN 53363). Flame Retradency DIN 4102: B1, Adhesion 120N/5cm (ISO 2411) Quality in conformity with ISO 9001 with minumum 15 years warranty from the manufacturer.As per specifications and as per the direction and entire staisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect.) The joints of tensile fabric should be leak proof. (Note: Surface area of fabric shall only be measured for payment.)
