Supplying and plantation of Shrub, plants in required size of pots/poly begs/katta digging holes of size 45X45X45 cm, and refilling with good earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 (Two part good earth and 1 part manure sludge) by volume. The plantation shall be completed with healthy plants and the maintenance of plants will be for a period of six months after the date of physical completion of work including replacement unhealthy and dead plants during the maintenance period. The rate shall be included all the above operation the supply of water will be arranged by the contractor for physical completion period of work tools for horticulture work, labour for watering and other required material and machine will be arranged by the contractor. Nothing extra will be paid on any account. Work will be executed as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm plant, having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply at site and applying of chemical, fertilizer before or after as per requirement including all cartage lead and lifts loading and un loading tranpotation and all taxes and duties etc. complete.
