Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 M. above level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size from 12x12mm and upto 25x15mm in the top layer of washed stone grit plastered surface as per approved pattern, including providing and fixing aluminum channels of appropriate size and thickness (not less than 2 mm), nailed to the under layer with rust proof screws and nails and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. A) In cement mortar.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): a) From brick work in cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: a) Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-inCharge. The barricading provided shall be etained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) old bricks received from the dismantling of existing boundary wall in foundation and plinth in: (Bricks will be supplied by department free of cost). Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 4mm thick aluminium composite panel exterior grade (0.5mm PVDF coated Aluminium skin on top & bottom plus 3mm thick polyethylene core) on/all-round RCC/Brick column/wall /Fascia’s /metreS Aluminium sections Structure /dead walls/under side sky light upto all heights in required colour/pattern & panel size as (Area of panel shall not more than 0.60 sqm ) per drawing fixed on aluminium extruded standard tubular sections of size 38X25X1.6 mm of approved make(Jindal/Hindalco/Indalco) confometreing to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed at 600 mm center to center with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, with 12 mm (wide)X20 mm (deep) groove in joints of panels including filling the joints with weather silicon sealant of Dow corning 789 or equivalent of approved colour including 10mm dia backer rod. The rate shall include cost of ACP Panel, subframe of aluminium section for fixing of ACP ,Weather Sealant, structural sealant/ adhesive tape, masking tape, primer/ Gasket/ Foam/ Scaffolding/ Aluminium cleats with screws complete including making openings as required at site like electrical fittings, recess for pipe etc., all necessary, tools and plants, scaffolding and as per manufacturers technical specifications, complete and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. (Surface area of aluminium composite panel shall be measured for payment).

16-18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,machine cut Granite stone work (machine cut edges Veneer work) for wall lining upto 10 m height , backing filled with a grout of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust), including rubbing and polishing all complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately). (Z-black, Lakha Red, ruby red, gray or any colour as approved by engineer-in-charge)

Providing & fixing Stainless Steel (Grade 304) alphabate letters of approved finish of 20 gauge thick sheet in required shape, size, font, langauges etc. ap per approved sample with necessary fixing arrangements in required matter as approved by Engineer-in-Charge all complete

Providing and fixing 6mm thick Exterior grade high pressure laminates in accordance with EN 438-6 EDF. Exterior grade high pressure laminates are fixed with double side adhesive tape & silicon which is mounted on to aluminium substructure which are again fixed on to wall using angle brackets. The aluminium sub structure has to be adhere to the material standards and has to installed in accordance with the manufacturer.

Creadit to work on account of taking away old dismantalled all type steel material by the Contractor from site including old/unuseful material from all floor levels of school as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
