The required prior work experience for the bidder's staff includes: - Skilled (Wireman): 3 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Skilled Operator/Operator cum mechanic: 3 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Unskilled (Khallasi): 3 years of experience in the electrical installation field - Supervisor: 5 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Technical representative of the bidder: a minimum of 5 years of experience The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least three similar works, or not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least two similar works, or not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least one similar work. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 2,31,64,924. The bidder should have a minimum net worth of 10% of the estimated contract price and should submit a Banker's Certificate from a commercial bank for Rs. 0.92 Crore. The performance guarantee is 5% of the cost of the tender, and the bid security (Earnest Money Deposit) is Rs. 4,63,496.
