Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 25mm thick coping with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) on top of S.W. drain walls including centring and shuttering etc. complete.

Neat cement punning.

Supply of soil (Dry) by mechanical transport Including Royalty loading unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth breaking clods, Watering, Rolling, each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks or filling up ground depressions upto 10km lead and lift up to 1.5 mtr.: All kinds of soil. (Supply has to be taken from nearest IL&FS plants). Rolling by means of compactor (Where 8 tonne roller cannot be used) to achieve the required DBD shall also be the part of the item complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filing building rubbish by mechanical transport i/c loading unloading and consolidating the same with road roller of 8 tonne capacity in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth by ramming and watering for all leads and all lifts etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. All works upto plinth level. M-10 grade plain cement concrete. (Minimum cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum)

Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria including cost of admistures in recommended propportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concerete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including pumping of R.M.C: from transit mixer to site, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needdle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture, booming with wire brush curing excluding the cost of centering, shuttering complete all as per directions of engineer in incharge(minimum cement content required in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum). Cement concerete manufactured in approved R.M.C. plant including transportation to site in transit mixture.

Deduct for not laying the concrete by using the pump, piping-work & accessories etc, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing & Laying in position, Red sand stone slab over SW drain including loading, unloading, carriage, labour, T & P etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of Red sand stone slab 30mm thick (undressed).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing in position pre cast R.C.C manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality HD -20 Circular Shape 560 mm internal dia.

Extra depth for circular type manhole 0.91m internal dia (at bottom) beyond 0.91 m to 1.67 m With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
