Automatic controller Unit:- Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of water level controller unit with water level indicator by 7-segment LED display (56mm height) to indicate water level of single/multiple tanks (maximum 5 tanks) in percentage with 1.00% resolution. It will receive wirelessly the water level & other data and operate motor according to set configuration. It will also indicate "Flow status" and audio/visual alarm for Full/Low/Overflow condition. It will also indicate "Flow status" and audio/visual alarm for Full/Low/Overflow condition. It wiil automatically operate the single/dual motor to maintain the water level between low and full level.(only controller/display unit without transmitters. Water level data Transmitters unit will be charged separately) with Modbus.with complete in all respect.

Digital Transmitters:- Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of battery powered water level data transmitter with water level sensors to measure water level with 1% resolution and flow/overflow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. With complete in all respect.

Electromagnetic flow meter with wireless alarm: Providing and installation of Electromagnetic flow meter with SS 316 body, PTFE lining, SS/ Hastelloy Electrode, Max media pressure PN-10, Communication Port RS-485 Modbus Protocol, Ingress protection IP67, Flow velocity 0.30 to 10 m/s, accuracy 1% of measured value, Power supply 240V AC 50 Hz. It will have integrated display of flow rate & totalizer with 2 meter cable length complete at flow meter and wireless transmitter unit having 10 dBm transmission power to transmit flowmeter data to remote display/alarm unit. 230 V AC powered wireless display unit (Max reception power-110 dBm) with 4 digit 7-segment LED display (32mm height) will indicate Flow rate and other parameter of Flow meter at remote location after receiving data wirelessly from wireless transmitter of flow meter. It will start alarm whenever Flow rate & Volumetric discharge cross set Low/High limits. High and Low threshold value should be configurable independently.
