Houskeeping work Cleaning, Sweeping, washing and Housekeeping of T.C BUILDING WAZIR PUR. (a)Sweeping, Cleaning, washing and Housekeeping of requried given all floor level area including removing of jalas, dusting cleaning of floors, rooms, corridor ,wall and toilet block, cleaning of office furniture, door, window and fan also disposal of waste up to frist muncipal dustbin.(b)All the operation are to be done through mechanical and manual by shifting / rearranging of furniture / assets and other related activities using chemical and by deploying requried manpower as per requirement and including cleaning of shaft drain in building, manhole blockage,gully trap inside & outside Building etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(c)Sweeping,washing & cleaning of toilet / wc inside the building complex all the operation are to be done through mechanical /manual as per requirement at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge.(d)Sweeping, washing & cleaning of open area such as DSIIDC parking front & RHS, open area, pavements, pump rooms and other area inside & outside the boundary wall of the premises. All the operation are to be done through mechanical / manual as per requirement at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (e)7 Nos. Safai karamchari (i/c 1 nos. sewerman as per requirement), 1 no. supervisor.(f)Sweeping,cleaning & washing of tarrace i/c opening of khurras, collecting of tree leave & malba i/c disposal of malba to the first muncipal mainhole, cleaning of OH / UG water tank and making of date of cleaning on the tank. If required Pumping out water from the building as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending day to day complaint relating to Mason such as repairing of plaster, patch plaster, masonry, flooring etc. complete at all height of building including all required necessary holes etc. complete in T.C BUILDING AND ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCK WAZIR PUR New Delhi as and when required by the Engineer-in-charge (working time will be 9:00AM to 5:00PM)
