Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 25mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) on the top of S.W. drain walls including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars

Supplying and filling building rubbish by mechanical transport i/c loading, unloading and consolidating the same with road roller of 8 tonne capacity in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth by ramming and watering for all leads and all lifts etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of soil (Dry) by mechanical transport including Royality loading unloading and filling the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth breaking clods, Watering, Rolling, each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, filling up ground depressions for all leads and all lifts all kind of soil. (Supply has to be taken from nearest IL&FS plants). Rolling by means of compactor (Where 8 tonne roller cannot be used) to achieve the required DBD shall also be the part of the item complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. All works upto plinth level. M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum).

Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads,manufactured in fully automatic batching plant & transported to site work in transit mixer using cement concrete as per design mix , using core sandand grade stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropritate propotions as per approved & specified design criteria including cost of admixture in recommended propotionsas per IS :9103 at accerate /retard setting of concrete improve workability without imparing strength and durability including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , leaveling to required slop / camber, finishing with required texture, brooming with wire brush curing excluding the cost of centering shuttering complete all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge( Cement content considered @340 Kg/cum)

Deduct for not laying the concrete by using the pump, piping-work & accessories etc, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and placing in position Red sand stone slab over S.W drain including loading, unloading, carriage, labour and T&P etc. complete as per diirection of Engineer -In Charge. A) Red sand stone slab 30 mm thick (Undressed)

Raising Main hole cover and frame slabes to required level including dismentling existing slab and making good the damage as required (raising depth of Main hole to be paid separately). Circular Main hole 140 C.M. dia with Circular cover 600 M.M. dia of grade EHD-35.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. Circular shape 560 mm internal dia.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
