Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Charges of disposal C&D waste at approved dumping ground (which will be reimbursed to the contractor on receipt of orgional invoice).

Providing and Fixing of Hollow metal door at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer. Pressed Galvanised steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277 with or without View Glass. Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 100 x 58 mm made out of 1.20 mm thick galvanised steel sheet (18 gauge). For pair of doors astragals will be provided as required. View Glass of various sizes as shown in Door Schedule shall be provided.The glass should be 5 mm clear toughnened glass.All door shall be factory made and rate shall include installation, hardwares  like hinges, , door closer,Vision Panel 300mmx 200mm, Glass, Pull Handle 22x300MM, Dead bolt with Pincyclinder with BSKO fixed partitation glass coordinator etc. as desired with necessary reinforcement  and direction of Engineer in charge.
