Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, exclduing cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content consider @220kg/cum)

Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workablity without impairing strength and durability including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site/laying at site, spreading and compacting, mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture, booming with wire brush curing excluding the cost of centering, shuttering complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (minimum Cement content required in M-30 is @340 kg/cum). Cement concrete manufactured in approved RMC plant i/c transportation to site in transit mixer.

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and placing in position Red sand stone slab over S.W drain including loading, unloading, carriage, labour and T&P etc. complete as per diirection of Engineer -In Charge. A) Red sand stone slab 30 mm thick (Undressed)

Deduct for not laying the concrete by using the pump, piping work & accessries etc. as per direction of Engineer of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of soil (Dry) by mechnical transport including excavation, loading, unloading and banking the same in layerys not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and top most layer with power roller of minnimum 8 tonnes and drassing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks, filling up ground deperessions with 10 km. lead and lift upto 1.5m : all kind of soil (supply has to be taken from nearest IL&FS plant) * rolling by means of compactor (where 8 tonnes roller can not be used) to achive the requried DBD shall also be the part of the item complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling with building rubbish/Malba by by mechnical transport including unloading banking the same in layerys not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and top most layer with power roller of minnimum 8 tonne and drassing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks or filling up ground deperessions lift upto1.5m:

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
