In cement mortar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water tinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design ,fixing in approved design. The glass mosaic tiles shall be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. All completed as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved

Dismantling and re-fixing of existing polycarbonate dome of all sizes in steel frame including nuts, bolts, silicon washers and etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing & fixing glass mosaic tiles of brand approved by engineer in charge. The colors/ blends with size (11.5 mmx11.5mm x 4mm as required upto 10 m height).The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall & curved surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

Designing , sketching, modeling , & fabricating a three dimensional artistic Dome in acrylic fibre height up to 0.60 meter up to 2mtr dia in required shape to be fitted with existing dome structure fabricated and designed in proportionate width and three dimensions to be placed in the centre position of water body at Tank area. The artist should design and sketch the concept for approval of competent authority and provide a mimic in approved material of the same before starting the modeling ,dye making and final casting of the real dome .After the approval the same shall be made by modeling in casting in fine acrylic fibre of clear and transparent fibre resin make mixed with color pigment in the resin to give a homogenous look and non color fading property making it suitable to be planted in water body without joints in one piece followed by rubbing and finishing with instruments to give a smooth finish followed by colorings of the said dome with necessary colors and pigments all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The cost includes all designing , sketching , waterproofing sealing ,cartage to the site and final touch ups at site of placement of dome.(nothing shall be paid extra on account of the same ). All other hardware items required in fixing of the sculture shall not be paid extra. No labor cost shall be paid for the same . The artist shall see the site and measure the area before quoting the rate and understand the the quantity of material to be used as the same in zig zag are enclosed between water channel walls of water body. Cost includes fixing of same at site and providing silicon treatment to stop water spillage in basement.(Dome should be fabricated on site)

Credit for old dismantled MS scrap received from the site.
