Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed tothe studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel cladding of approved shade & pattern of INDO BOND or equivalent make (exterior grade), the 3mm thick plastic sheet sandwitched between two skins of 0.50 mm with thermoplastic core of mid low density poythene ACP cladding to be fixed over grid of existing M.S. hollow tube frame by anchered screws and double tape of approved quality including sealing the joints by the sillicon sealent (789-Doorcorning make) to make joints leak proof including the cost of cutting bending and fixing of ACP sheets, scaffolding etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( Alluminium Hollow tube frame to be paid separately)

Supply of 18 mm Ply commercial of Century (Sainik) brand of size 8'X4'

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick HPL board (external grade) greenlam or equivalent make cutting by CNC laser cut including designing , fabricating and approving the same by concerned authority fixed over grid of existing M.S. hollow tube frame by anchered screws and double tape of approved quality including sealing the joints by the sillicon sealent (789-Doorcorning make) to make joints leak proof including the cost of cutting bending and fixing of ACP sheets, scaffolding etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( Alluminium Hollow tube frame to be paid separately)

Extra for providing CNC cut design as per the approved art work ( As approved by competent authority) on 6mm thick high pressour laminate board including cutting fabrication, finishing all grooves and pattern made in 2D design. The work also include providing 2D designs for approval before executation to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. any delay or damage in approved design of CNC work shall be borne by the agency and no payment shall be made for Item No. 8 under the relevant head.

Providing and fixing customized washable wall covering (wall paper) of imported quality of approved shade & design including pasting with proper quality adhesive as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Design and shade shall be got approved before execution of work.)

Providing and fixing unpierced Lead lining on Flush door for protection of harmful radiation leakage to environment. Protecyive Lead lining shall be pasted as a sandwitch layer in Flush door and making door and lead lining as a single unit i/c cutting, pasting and pressing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing UV digital artistic designer printing over Glass/ACP sheet, designed using texture ,colours as per approved artwork all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.)
