Providing and fixing Fibre Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat .Doorframe laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibreglass from all sides. MS stat shall be provided at the bottom to sturdy the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.

30mm thick fibreglass reinforced plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF) / Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856 : 2000, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS :2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Providing and fixing GI Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing ‘C’ wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of GI steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring ‘T’ with :

GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory paintedafter bending.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and Fixing Sun control film of approved quality and make (Garware or equialent) fixing over glazing work complete as per Direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing cylindrical lock with key & knob having SS finish of Ddoset/Godrej make for FRP/ Wooden Flush door, Model: privacy or equivalent, with necessary accessories and screws etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Godrej make Ultra Vertibolt i.e. vertically interlocking deadbolt made from tough, special high grade zinc alloy lock body and recptacle in scratch-resistant powder coated finish operable by knob from inside a key from outside i/c fixing screwa etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceremic glazed wall Highlghter motives tiles of size 300x450mm of approved design & pattern as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing louvers of aluminium powder coated in desired colour and patterns in various toilet with necessary screws all complete as per the approval of engineer in charge.
