8mm thick Granite of any colour and shade

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Granite work cut (polished and machine cut) of thickness 18mm of granite for wall lining (veneer work) as per approved sample in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade: (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately).

Granite stone of all natural shades

Supply and installation of fully insulated wooden fire door of 120min. fire rating, of maximum 52mm thickness, comprising of 75mm x 44mm hardwood internal timber frame work, with infill insulation of 20mm thick of of 48 kg/m3, wool insulation, coated with viper intumuscent coating on both sides for insulation. The coated insulation shall be sandwiched between min 12mm thick Non Combustible (Calcium Silicate) Boards on both sides (edge to edge on internal Hardwood frame) and cladded with 3mm Thick Commercial Ply & 1mm Thick Laminate (Any Regular Plain Shade In Suede Finish) on both faces, with 52mm x 10mm exposed hard wood lipping all round the shutter the main door frame will be made out of Hard Wood (Red Mirandi) of section 120 x 70mm and coated with viper Fire retardent Primer. The rebate shall be of 20mm x 55 mm in Door Frame to accommodate the shutter in frame. The frame shall be fitted with fire & smoke intumescent seal of size 20 x 4mm on frame & shutter . The pasting of the ply / laminate should be done using automatic machine and should be free from any nails or perforations. The manufacturer should be compliant to ISO 9001: 2008 and CE certified, manufacturer should be covered under IGBC scheme. Approved manufacturer Navair International Ltd or Hormann or equivalent as approved by Engineer -In-Charge and should be ISO Certified company. The board shall be Resistant to vermin, mould growth, minor impact, abrasion and short term water attack and shall be Off –white in colour with a smooth surface suitable to receive most forms ofdecoration having following technical characters i.e.; The Construction design similar to NWD12050 and similar to the design tested as per BS 476 part 22 and IS 3614 Part II, at CBRI, India. The shutter can be provided with appropriate openings for view panel glass. Prototype Test certificate for fire rating of doors from CBRI, Roorkee for earlier tested design shall be attached along with manufacturers test certificate. as per approved architectural drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge. Providing and fixing of SS ball bearing hinges of 100*75*3 mm -04 no per single leaf door/08 no per double leaf door of Hafele make or equivalent . The door hinges shall be suitable for door weights upto 120kgs. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Door closer for fire door weight 50 kg or more of Hafele make or equivalent -01 no per single leaf door/02 no per double leaf door

Providing & fixing floor stopper with fixing accessories, in satin stainless steel in SS 304,including all fittings and fixtures. All complete as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge.

providing and fixing of face mounted Tower Bolt of Doorset make-300 mm long - 01 no per double Door only.All complete as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing and fixing of Anchor fasteners of Fischer make -11 No per door , fastener size should be 10*120 mm. All complete as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge

Providing & fixing pull handle of back to back with adjustable fixing for glass, wood and metal doors in satin stainless steel. The pull handles should have supporting washer with raised beveling on the outer surface. Length =300mm,19mm dia, of steel grade -SS304 including all fittings and fixtures. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and re-fixing existing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainlesssteel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge,(for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).(Stainless steel sections shall be given by Department)

Providing and Fixing FR grade Alstone or eqivqlent ACP opanels 4 mm with .5 mm FR grade all complete as per manufacturer specification to be fixed with ancher screws and joints to be filled with Silicon sealent 786 all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6x6mm polished stainless steel square bars on granite stones steps of stairs (to produce protection on steps) after making groove inthese row at every steps having size 6mm x4mm on the steps and fix the square bar in side groove with araldite etc. complete. ( Only line length of stainless steel square bar in every groove in even row at every step shall be measured.

Providing and fixing of required sizes and shapes mandatory signange (fire saftey signage , escape route signage, floor signage etc). Photo luminescent maintenance ftree self glowing wall mounted , single side, signs comprising zinc sulphide chargeable crystals which glows in digital printed on photo luminicent vinyl and having protective lamination over it using base of plastic sheet/sticker . The colour combinbation and size of letters shall be as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
