The required prior work experience for the bidder is 2 years of past experience in similar services. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The experience requirements can also be fulfilled by having: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for the number of years indicated in the bid document. In some cases, the bidder should have minimum 02 years experience of providing specific services, such as refrigerated vans for transportation of products. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual turnover of 40 Lakh for the last 3 years. There is also a mention of a price band, where if an MSE service provider has quoted a price within 15% of the margin of purchase preference or price band, they may be eligible for 100% of the order quantity.
